 John Bacher Construction Limited has been asked by the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines and Natural Resources and Forestry to make THIS LETTER  from the Minister of Environment Conservation and Parks regarding our proposed pit/quarry application under the Aggregate Resources Act on McClintock Road available to the public. The letter indicates the Minister had denied requests for an individual environmental assessment of the project and the project will now go to permitting.
